So today I woke up around 2:11pm.. nothing specific. We came home last night around 4:30am so you would understand. Luckily my hubby wasnt scheduled until 3pm AND Yuli wakes up when we do. Shes a very convenient baby. So I feel like writing a blog right now, I just dont know about what. I think I'm going to write about my favorite foods. And here we go.
1. Pollo Rico would have to be the first thing I thought of. Its one of the most delectable, juicy, tender, and mouth watering chickens I have ever tasted. Y'all Wheaton and Arlingtonians should know what I'm talking about. I was very sad when the one in Wheaton was raided by la migra and burnt down. Luckily it is up and running in their new located on University Blvd somewhere.

2.Sushi... this is one of the only moments I will eat something raw.. you Asians know whats up. One of my favorite places to eat sushi is in Sushi and Steak in Arlington, VA. They renamed the place but I dont feel like googling it up. The other place, believe it or not, is at this place called Bamboo Buffet close to Rockville, MD. They will sice you with the best salmon.. and dont forget the Soy Sauce please.

3. CRABS.. There is nothing better than eating crabs and shrimp cocktails on a summer day! The best place I have ever been to would have to be in "Mike's Crab House" in Annapolis, MD. Those crabs are a gift from Baby Jesus himself. I gotta thank my father for introducing me to that place. I have GOT to take my hubby there, even though he is allergic to those critters.. I also love their drinks from the Tiki bar. Im not a full blown alcoholic, but I will enjoy me some Margaritas.. on the rocks, thanks.

4. Platanos, delish. I ABSOLUTELY love platanos con crema, frijoles, tortilla, huevos rancheros, and if I'm starving, a medium-rare steak on the side. Call me salvadorean, whatever. lol. I learned to love this when I actually went to El Salvador. My grandmother would cook this for me in the morning, may she rest in peace.

5. Raw Oysters... besides the sushi, raw oysters is definitely next in line. Just add salt, pepper, lime, and hot sauce, and slurp it up... My favorite place to eat these little suckers is at Clyde's in Rockville, MD. They have about 6-10 kinds of oysters to serve! Its best to go at night when they have those specials 1/2 off...

Well, I'm going to leave this for now.. I gotta go pick up my hubby from Work, AND I should of been cleaning right now since the kid is asleep. All this typing made me hungry.
